Let’s start by making sure your inbox is set up just right for your needs.
Create a signature with your name, title, and contact information to be included in your emails
On the General page, scroll down to the Signature section and compose your signature.
Use the format bar to add text colors, styles, links, and even a picture.

Made a typo in your email? Changed your mind about sending an email?
Take back an email you just sent using the Undo Send feature by enabling Undo Send in Gmail
In Settings, select the General tab.
A cancellation period [the time you have to undo send, before the message is sent] will default to 5 seconds. You can give yourself more time to Undo Send by bumping it up to 30 seconds. At the bottom of the Settings page, click Save Changes
Test this function out by sending an email. You should see a yellow rectangle at the top/bottom of your inbox that says “Sending. Undo View Message”. This will appear for however long your cancellation period is set to (30 seconds at most).
If you hit Undo, you get the message back.
If you hit View Message, you will see the message, but it will then send.
